Dynasty engagements are led by Ms Liana Muyambo, bringing direct oversight to the decisions, people and processes that move work forward.
Liana is a project management and business advisory professional with more than eight years of experience across Namibia and the wider region. Her work spans project development and delivery, business strategy, market entry, operational improvement and commercial development, supporting businesses, investors and organisations from early-stage opportunities through to implementation and growth.
Her experience cuts across hospitality and tourism, industrial and manufacturing development, construction, agriculture and agro-processing, financial services, energy and mining, education, real estate and SME development. She has worked on assignments ranging from new business and market establishment to project structuring, construction and development projects, investment readiness, operational improvement and multidisciplinary project delivery, with experience managing projects ranging from small commercial assignments to multi-million-dollar developments.
Her work has extended across Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Kenya, working with business owners, investors, project teams and stakeholders across different commercial and operating environments. This breadth allows her to work comfortably across sectors while maintaining a clear focus on commercial viability, sound project structure and effective execution.
Her approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management: understanding the commercial objective, structuring the work around it, and coordinating the people, partners and specialist expertise required to move it forward.
Liana holds an MBA in Operations & Project Management from Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), Spain, and a Bachelor (Honours) in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich, London. She also holds a Postgraduate Extended Diploma in Operations and Project Management from Cambridge International Qualifications (CIQ), UK, as well as a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK.
At Dynasty, Liana remains directly involved in engagements from strategy through delivery, giving clients senior-level attention, continuity and a clear point of accountability while bringing in specialist expertise according to the needs of each project.
